COOCH is Open… Again.
We are happy to report that we are once again open. Before your next visit, please take a moment to read our quick update.

Dear COOCH Community,

Please note new hours and prices due to homeschooling and almost a year of closures. Thank you for your support emotionally and physically. It’s been a crazy year and I’m grateful to be able to service my clients again. I’m taking extra precautions to keep everyone safe and comfortable in my salon.

New Policies & Procedures

• In addition to the pandemic and forced closures, new safety protocols and rules limit the number of clients we can see daily. When booking appointments, you’ll see fewer time slots available and updated pricing. We’ve also added extra time between appointments to minimize the chance of clients from crossing paths at the salon.

• Salon door will remained locked during services. Should you arrive early for your appointment, we ask that you text us upon arrival and please wait in your vehicle until your appointment time, as our original waiting area – the LIEbrary – cannot be open.

• When possible, please visit our salon without children. As parents ourselves, we love all our children and are doing our best to maintain as clean and sanitary a space as possible for all our guests.

• We are pet owners and love all your pets! Unfortunately, we can no longer admit pets to our salon.

• We recently completed training around the proper sanitation and disinfection practices and procedures consistent with the current highest industry standards set forth by King Research International, granting us official barbicide certification.

• We have purchased new waxing machines, a heat sterilizer, new tweezers and scissors. All devices will be 1) sterilized in barbicide, 2) sterilized in a heat sterilizer, 3) placed in individual sterile pouches for each client, and 4) hand sanitizer and rubbing alcohol will be available for client use. Only disposable pillow cases are being used and bathroom and waxing rooms are disinfected after every use.

• Our updated pricing assists us with new and added supplies while also helping us recoup losses from the months-long closure.
